How does it work?

We ship you a booth, you set it up (it's really easy), use it at your event/tour/activation, and then ship it back.  Our booth is the same size as a carry-on suitcase and can be handled by a person of any size or stature.  If you are looking for more personalized service, please call us.

Does PictureBooth offer delivery and set-up services?

Yes, PictureBooth offers delivery and set-up services anywhere, free of charge.

Is it difficult to use?

No way!  Our customers come from many different backgrounds and levels of experience with technology.  Our booth is designed to be easy to use and easy to set up.  On average, it takes a customer between 15-20 minutes to set up the booth the first time they use it.  After that, it only takes about 5 minutes.

Will I receive photos instantly?

Yes!  Our booths are designed to be connected to a wifi source or through internal 4G LTE.  Guests are able to text or email pictures easily from the booth at the event.  After the event, you will receive a file full of all the pictures from your event.

What if I don't have wifi?

No problem.  Let your PictureBooth account manager know before your booth is shipped from our HQ and we will activate the 4G LTE connection within your booth.

Can I rent more than one?

Yes.  Unlike most photo booth companies, PictureBooth has a standardized product that can be shipped anywhere in the country.  We currently cap the number of rentals per client/per weekend to 15 to ensure our other clients have access to booths. If you need more than 15 for your event or brand, please call us.

Can I rent a photo booth for multiple days?

Absolutely.  PictureBooth offers daily rates; but our specialty is weekly and monthly photo booth rentals.  Please visit our pricing page for more information.

When will I receive my booth?

You will receive your booth one business day before your event.  If you need your booth sooner, expedited shipping options are available.


How do I return my booth?

Enclosed in our reusable packaging is two FedEx return labels.  We can schedule a pick-up from a hotel or business, or you can simply drop off your booth at the nearest FedEx store.  

What if there are problems?

You can check out our incredible support site for help.  But if the support site cannot help you resolve the issue, you may also contact your Event Manager (info listed on confirmation email) for assistance.  We have you covered, either way.

Can I capture data with my booth?

What is a Green Screen and how does it work?

Green Screen AKA Chroma Key is a fabric that has been used by film and photography for many years.  The unique color of the fabric allows our software to place unique images in the background of every photo.  This feature is commonly used among all of our clients including celebrities, artists, and corporate events.  

Does my booth have sound/audio?

All of our booths have audio capabilities.  Make sure to mention that you want sound to your PictureBooth representative.
